Sangeetha leads Future State People with a deep passion for helping businesses and individuals grow. With 15 years in technology recruitment, she brings a wealth of knowledge and deep industry expertise. She thrives on connecting companies with skilled professionals who elevate teams to the next level. She quickly and accurately understands her customers’ needs and is known for her strong work ethic and determination to deliver results.
She loves catching up over a glass of wine or a cup of tea with customers and candidates. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her walking in nature, reading, practicing yoga and calisthenics, or hiking with Tim. Her customers and candidates value the genuine care she puts into every partnership.
Tim is a Tech recruiter who loves helping people land life changing roles. From relocating candidates and their families to Australia for better career opportunities to guiding them on their next steps, he’s all about making a real impact. His creative thinking and strong emotional intelligence help him deliver consistent results for both his customers and candidates.
Equanimous and intuitive, he’s passionate about wellness and exploring the spiritual side of life. He enjoys running meditation sessions, walks in nature and loves catching up with customers and candidates over tea, coffee or wine.
