If you've answered yes to the above, a fantastic opportunity exists for a talented Senior Business Analyst with SuccessFactors ECP experience for an initial 12 month contract opportunity to work on a SAP SuccessFactorsEmployee Central Payroll implementation. This is a pivotal project role and your communication skills, business process skills and a real team spirit will be of paramount importance.

How will I help?

• Elicit requirements using techniques such as interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources to reconcile conflicts, translate high-level information into formative detail, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Elicitation and delivery of precise, detailed, unambiguous business requirements and solution specifications
• Facilitation of requirements gathering and solution design through interviews, existing documentation analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, and business process modelling
• Critical evaluation of information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposition of high-level information into details
• Participate in data migration, data mapping, testing, parallel payroll testing activities

What do I need?

• You will be a Senior Business Analyst with SAP ECP and SAP EC project experience (SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central)
• Strong core BA skills in relation to documentation of business requirements, process mapping, testing, data migration and analysis and determining appropriate solutions
• Ability to review and challenge requirements via various stakeholder engagements (both business and IT) to ensure the right solutions are being scoped
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Delivery and outcome focused
