My client is looking for an experienced Senior Agile Business Analyst to work on a large Digital Transformation that will revolutionise their industry.You will work in an Agile squad to help discover, understand, re-engineer, and document as- is and to-be processes and requirements. This is an initial 6month contract with a high likelihood of extension.

How will I help?

• Elicit and document the current processes as related to new initiative
• Understand, re-engineer, and document to-be processes to join up fragmented experiences using various facilitation methods with the network
• Endeavour to find innovative methods to streamline and transform business processes
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Understand how our systems and processes are setup, in order to uncover constraints and determine the most appropriate process re-engineering
• Understand available data in order to uncover constraints and determine solution feasibility
• Track and validate assumptions and unknowns during analysis process
• Capture and share scenarios and edge cases impacting UX design, solution design and/or build effort
• Partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business goals
• Work with squad to break work down and capture acceptance criteria
• Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
• Understand Agile principles and practices in order to participate in daily team activities
• Understand technical systems and structures and thoughtfully apply this knowledge to deliver high quality process outcomes
• Represent the Product Manager in the squad including prioritisation and decision making for in flight work

What do I need? 

• Experience working on Digital projects/programmes
• Experience using Agile software delivery practices
• Ability to manage multiple competing tasks and responsibilities
• Strong relationship building skills
• Proven expertise in business process modelling methods
• Understanding of BDD
• Experience working with JIRA and Confluence (or equivalent)
• Excellent communication – both verbal and written
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in process improvement within delivery teams
