Senior Sitecore Engineer - Lead, Build, and Optimise

What you'll be doing:

• Designing and developing Sitecore-based web solutions using best practices.
• Leading the technical delivery of new features and enhancements within the Sitecore platform.
• Working closely with designers, product owners and other developers to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
• Troubleshooting and resolving performance or functional issues.
• Contributing to architecture decisions and ongoing platform improvements.
• Mentoring junior developers and participating in code reviews.

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in software development with at least 4+ years specialising in Sitecore.
• Strong knowledge of Sitecore XP/XM (9.x or 10.x) including Helix principles and Headless development.
• Experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
• Experience integrating Sitecore with third-party APIs and enterprise platforms (CRM, DAM, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in an agile environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
