We’re looking for a hands-on UKG Pro Workforce Management and Payroll Specialist to take ownership of a system and drive its day-to-day performance, enhancements, and compliance readiness.

What You’ll Be Doing:

System Configuration & Administration

• Configure business structure, pay codes, award‑interpretation rules, work rules, leave accruals and organisational sets within UKG Pro WFM.
• Perform regular data audits, reconciliations and exception management to uphold data integrity and eliminate pay errors.
• Stay across Fair Work Act, NES, state payroll‑tax and superannuation changes, updating system rules proactively.
• Integration between UKG Pro WFM and payroll/HRIS platforms (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors, iChris), time‑capture devices and reporting tools.

 
Technical Support & Enablement

• Act as the SME for UKG Pro WFM, providing Level 2/3 support, root‑cause analysis and prompt defect resolution.
• Develop training assets and run workshops for Payroll, line managers and employee self‑service users to lift confidence and system utilisation.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of systems, identifying and resolving issues in collaboration with development teams.

What You’ll need:

• Over 10 years proven experience in payroll administration, payroll system management, time and attendance/ workforce management system support experience and/or HRIS administration.
• Deep knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Strong technical skills UKG PRO Workforce Management/ Kronos experience
• Strong technical skills in iCHRIS or other payroll related systems
• Clear, confident communicator able to translate technical detail for non‑technical stakeholders.
